1. Why can't I find the Dutch Let Loose servers in Hell Let Loose?
When playing via Gamepass you may not be able to find the servers.
Microsoft has set the number of visible servers to a maximum of 100.
Refreshing your browser may load another 100 servers.
When you add the servers to your favorites you can always find them in your favorites list.
2. Why do I have so little FPS in Hell Let Loose?
Hell Let Loose is quite demanding on your PC.
You can turn on DX12 as a launch option. This provides quite a lot of extra FPS in most cases.

3. What is a VIP slot?
With a VIP slot you can join our servers without having to queue when they are full.
So you can avoid a long queue with a VIP slot.
4. How can I get a VIP slot?
You can get a VIP slot as a seeding reward, on request (with conditions) or by getting the supporters role (donation).
The conditions vary from server to server. Donors get lifelong VIP on all our game servers.

5. How can I become a member of Dutch Let Loose?
Dutch Let Loose is a community and not a clan.
Anyone can join Dutch Let Loose and wear the DLL tag.
You do not have to sign up separately for this.
6. How can I make a donation?
You can donate via iDeal, Paypal, Creditcard and Paysafe.
Donations are only made directly to our server providers. The donation will end up in our wallet at GTX or G-Portal.
We can then only use the donation for the biggest expense, the server costs.
Donors get the supporter role, lifelong VIP on all our game servers and priority at events. For more information

7. Can I become an admin at Dutch Let Loose?
We are regularly looking for new admin's for both Hell Let Loose, Squad and the Discord.

8. What is seeding?
Every day the servers have to be refilled. As soon as a server has enough players it will be ranked higher in the server list
and therefore other players will join faster. The server will then remain full.
To get the server high enough in the server list some people will have to join already. We then wait for the server to fill up. We call this seeding.
9. Why did my game crash?
There are several reasons why your game might crash.
We recommend that you take the following steps:
Steam > Library > Right click on your game > Properties > Installed files > Check integrity of game files
10. Do you also organize events?
We regularly organize events and have a separate event server available.
Keep an eye on the event channel in our Discord if you want to join our events.
